VOLUNTEER

Meaningful volunteering begins with meaningful purpose.

We welcome volunteers who come with purpose and a genuine desire to contribute. When your skills meet the needs of our community, real change becomes possible.

How can you help us?

At Tukolaganhe, we welcome volunteers who are eager and willing to contribute. While we value every helping hand, we also believe in the independence of the foundation, so we look for purposeful volunteering—help that truly meets the needs of our community and supports our projects in a meaningful way.

The duration of your volunteer work is flexible and can be adapted to your availability. For certain projects, like those in the school, it is important to align with the children’s school day to provide consistent support.

Whether you have a few hours or several weeks to dedicate, your time and skills can make a real difference in the lives of our community members.

Below, you can explore the three main areas where volunteers are most needed and see how you can get involved.

We are looking  professionals related to education.
Support extracurricular activities, provide training in teaching methods to local teachers, assist in classes, or cover temporary substitutions.

Please note: our goal is not to replace local teachers, but to support and enhance their work.

We need nurses and doctors to help manage our school infirmary and support health care for community members.
This includes work in Mulanga or with our mobile clinic, providing essential care where it’s needed most.

We are seeking agronomists, mechanical engineers, carpenters, sewing experts, or anyone with relevant skills and training on this areas
Volunteers will help train community members in practical skills to build pathways to future employment.

Your Ideas Can Make a Difference

At Tukolaganhe, we are always growing and exploring new projects. If you have an idea or a way to develop new initiatives, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We strongly encourage social entrepreneurship and welcome creative ways to make a meaningful impact in our community.
